* raw => rawContent

* Refactor getPreferredQuote

Exposing { quote, regex, escaped } from the getPreferredQuote return
value allows us to simplify a bit the code in the printer.

* Use the common/util function

And remove chooseEnclosingQuote

* Move favoriteQuote

* Fix lint

* Remove enclosing quotes _before_ unescape
