* Make `--write` logs more informative.

* Add format duration to logs.

* Use colors instead of [ignore] and [update] labels.

* Remove `colors` dependency.

* Use `chalk` to colorize logs.

* Print filename before `format` and add duration info later.

* Print filename before read error.
