Fix typecast of superclass in class declarations (#12222 & #12226 by @duailibe)

This was a combination of two separate bugs: moving the comments before the superclass and adding multiple parenthesis around the superclass.

class Foo /** @type {Type} */ extends ((Bar)) {}
